KWAME-MENTA: A DAY OF SOLIDARITY THAT NOURISHED HOPE AT THE CENTRO DE ACOLHIMENTO LUTHER RESCOVA, KIKUXI - LUANDA.
On Saturday, November 25, 2023, the Luther Rescova Shelter, located in the municipality of Viana, was the scene of a major solidarity campaign entitled “KWAME-MENTA, feeding hope for the future”. The initiative, promoted by A.L.A Kwame Express in partnership with Kwame Oil and Gas, sought to provide a moment of relief and hope for those who face daily challenges in their quest for a better life. The solidarity campaign was marked by a variety of activities aimed not only at providing basic necessities, but also at promoting moments of great joy for the children. The team involved in the campaign distributed food, clothes, school materials and hygiene items, helping to improve the living conditions of the residents of the shelter.
In addition to material donations, “KWAME-MENTA” included recreational activities, cultural presentations and motivational talks by Kwame’s CEO and Miss Viana. The intention was to go beyond the welfare aspect, seeking to inspire and motivate those facing difficult times, reminding them that the community is united to support them on their journey.

We are thrilled with the positive results of this campaign, and it inspires us to look to the future with enthusiasm and hope. Next year, we plan to hold another solidarity campaign with the ambitious goal of feeding 1,000 children.
